Same here. Actually, what I do for my Taekwondo, is Before I test, I pretend that I have already messed up at testing and not passed, so Im just going to prove that I deserve the belt. It sounds kind of weird, but It helps my stress level. lol Im way off the point. I just pretend that something isn't going to happen, and if it happens, then it's all good!!!
